Welcome to InstituteERP, a platform powered by CodeFlame Technology. These Terms of Service govern your access and use of our platform, including the Admin Portal, Teacher Portal, and Parent Portal.

By using InstituteERP, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Our Services

InstituteERP provides digital management solutions for schools, coaching institutes, and educational organizations. Services may include:

• Student admission and record management
• Attendance and performance tracking
• Fee collection and payment management
• Teacher and staff management
• Parent communication and notifications
• Reports and analytics

3. User Accounts

Access to InstituteERP is provided through accounts created and managed by the school/institute administration. Users must ensure that login credentials are kept secure.

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must report it immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

By using InstituteERP, you agree:

• Not to misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
• Not to upload false, misleading, or harmful information
• Not to disrupt services, servers, or networks
• Not to use InstituteERP for illegal activities or fraud

5. Subscription & Pricing

InstituteERP may offer free or paid subscription plans. Currently, some services for Admin and Teacher portals may be free, but paid plans may be introduced in the future.

Subscription charges, billing cycles, and plan features will be communicated clearly before activation.

6. Payments & Fee Collection

InstituteERP allows parents to pay school fees through the Parent Portal and allows schools/institutes to pay subscription fees for platform usage.

Payments are processed securely using third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. We do not store sensitive payment information such as card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN.

Payment failures, delays, or refunds are subject to the payment gateway’s processing policies.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds for school fees are subject to the respective school’s policies. InstituteERP does not control or guarantee school fee refunds.

Subscription payments may be refundable only if explicitly mentioned in the subscription plan terms.

8. Data Ownership & Usage

All student and institution data entered into InstituteERP belongs to the respective school/institute. We use this data only to provide services and improve platform performance.

Users must ensure that the data entered is accurate and lawful.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that InstituteERP will always be available without downtime.

Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to InstituteERP if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform.

Schools may also deactivate accounts of teachers or parents at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

InstituteERP and CodeFlame Technology are not responsible for any indirect damages, loss of data, financial loss, or operational disruptions arising from platform usage.

We are not responsible for school decisions, student outcomes, or any disputes between schools and parents.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date.
